Logan Brattesani
Logan Brattesani is a third-generation Bay Area native who brings a hands-on understanding of homes and a fresh, energetic approach to Compass. Growing up in a family rooted in the Bay Area for three generations, he developed an early appreciation for the neighborhoods, communities, and character that make this region unlike anywhere else and a desire to help others call it home. The Brattesani name has long been woven into the fabric of San Francisco if you ever dined at Caesar's, the legendary North Beach restaurant owned and run by Logan's uncle, you already know what the Brattesani family is about: warm hospitality, genuine connection, and taking care of people like family.
Real estate runs deep in Logan's background. Long before earning his degree from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, he spent years working alongside his father flipping and remodeling homes throughout California. That experience gave him a builder's eye, an understanding of homes from the studs out that allows him to see both what a property is and what it could become. Whether evaluating a home's condition, spotting renovation potential, or advising on what's behind the walls, Logan offers clients a perspective most agents simply can't.
At his core, Logan is a people person. He believes the best real estate experiences are built on genuine conversations, honest guidance, and trust not pressure. Pairing his construction knowledge with the business fundamentals from his degree, he's committed to making every transaction feel informed, personal, and rewarding.
Born and raised locally, Logan couldn't imagine building his career anywhere but the community that shaped him. He looks forward to helping you find your place in it.
